The hotel had a beautiful setting with
Amazing views over the vineyards and mountains, creating a serene atmosphere. the room maintenance needs improvement, as we faced clogged sinks and a flooded bathroom during our stay.

i was shocked by the service, waited an hour for a room with bedding that was wet. had to endure mosquitoes and Doom as pest control. expected a complimentary gesture or at least a discount for all the inconvenience—but nothing. breakfast was dismal and absolutely below average, just when i thought it couldn’t get worse.

Had an amazing time with friends! The tranquility of the vineyards and the delicious food really set the mood for our getaway. We enjoyed wine tastings and some outdoor activities at nearby golf clubs. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Don't miss the refreshing pool. it's perfect for a hot day.
Our plans for massages were a bit of a hassle. Initially, we were offered an in-room massage, which sounded odd, and ended up canceling due to confusion over cancellation fees. It left us with a somewhat bitter taste towards the end of our stay.

Breathtaking views throughout the estate. The bike tours offered scenic routes. The staff were polite but a bit detached. Rooms could use an update with worn furnishings.

The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning scenery and peaceful gardens. I particularly enjoyed the wine tasting experience, it was both informative and engaging, led by a passionate sommelier. The breakfast was another highlight, featuring remarkable presentations and delicious options that truly set a positive tone for the day. some areas around the property could benefit from a bit of freshening up.

great stay with a few minor hiccups
Breakfast was superb! ! The service was excellent, making mornings enjoyable. The ambience created a perfect atmosphere to start the day. The view from my deluxe room was phenomenal, overlooking beautiful gardens. Despite the challenge of slow drainage in the basins, my overall experience was positive.
The pillows were exceptionally soft and flat.

The views here are absolutely stunning, framed by mountains and vineyards that make for a relaxing backdrop. The bakery serves some of the freshest cakes, macaroons, and chocolates I've tasted, a true highlight during breakfast or any snack break.
Accessing the reception and rooms requires navigating around 10 stairs, which could be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. The dinner offerings at the wine bar were quite limited, and while the snack platter was decent, a burger option for R325 seemed excessive. The cheese platter we tried was a disappointment, masking a chance for a stellar dining experience. Also frustrating was the lack of communication about our feedback on the food. it felt like a missed connection. I noted the air conditioning worked well but the décor showed signs of needing some TLC throughout the hotel. Lastly, the tray fee for room service seems unnecessary and hinders tipping, which is just bad form when most establishments encourage it.
